Chattanooga Whiskey Cask 111

Toffee and barrel char on the nose. Palate shows vanille cream nd plenty of spiciness. Medium finish contains cardamom fading to a more general spiciness.

Dark chocolate cherry cola… 111 proof…but not hot. Easy sipper! I like this one.

The nose has some vanilla and cherry under a layer of slight booziness due to the higher proof. However, it’s unbelievably smooth for a cask strength with a pleasant finish that does disappear instantly but doesn’t linger for too long. A solid bottle for $54.

Has a pretty good kick to it. Smells sweet, vanilla like. Taste is hot, spice, pepper, smoky. Room temp neat, and with a cube. I liked it better with the ice, seemed to calm it down a bit. Quality whiskey, my vote.
