Red, White and Blue Grist is the 31st release for Chattanooga Whiskey's Experimental Batch Series. This bourbon features a blend of stone-ground red, white, and blue corn varietals in its mash bill. This high-malt bourbon is also made with more than 25% pale malted barley. It's aged for 4 years and two months in 53-gallon new charred (char #3) and toasted barrels.
This bottling celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Tennessee Whiskey Bill which legalized spirits production in Chattanooga for the first time in 100 years. Each bottle is adorned with a sticker inspired by the seal of the actual bill. Released May 2023. .
