Reviewed October 29, 2024An elegant, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey by Grain & Spirits Distillery; being 100% distilled, aged & bottled unfiltered at 45% ABV, in Paris, Kentucky. It has a delicate birth with hints of hint of wood, dried cherries, vanilla & caramel; while a full & creamy life adds notes of caramel-corn, butterscotch, toasted oak, Mueslix & a hint of pepper; that led to a dry & spicy death of medium length.
