Made from 100% silvestre agave harvested from the canyons of the Sierra Madres, this blanco mezcal is named after the town of Bacanora, Sonora, in the eastern mountains of Mexico. The piñas of the agave are cooked in earthen pits made of clay and rocks, and double-distilled in alembic copper stills. It is bottled at 42% ABV.
