Cinzano Rosso Vermouth

Aromas of vanilla, caramel, black cherry, clove, quinine, and marmalade. Rich mouthfeel. More notes of black cherry, marmalade, and quinine on the palate, joined by thyme and marjoram. Finishes short-medium and bittersweet. 3.25/5.00 – Quite Good (neat)

Very similar to Martini Rosso, nothing particular to tickle the taste buds.

Much better than Martini & Rossi. Has a smooth tongue feel, but still has that kinda sour taste of a concord grape. Hard to describe. Bought to make a Milano-Torino.
