Clairin Communal

Very light. Easy to drink neat, on a cube or in a cocktail. Has an almost buttered popcorn note on it. Love this expression from Clairin.

Sweet and Sharp in a Daiquiri, full and rounded at the end.

The label says it's ideal for cocktails and I can see that. I get a plastic hint on the nose that bleeds through to the taste.
