Clase Azul Tequila Reposado

Wow! that is a sweet sweet and smooth tequila. Probably the smoothest tequila I've ever had! Holy Mexican tequila, this stuff is amazing! I'm gonna hunt it down and buy it for the store.

Sipping neat. Nose is sweet. Lots of floral honey, caramel, vanilla, a little wood. No alcohol heat. Taste is true to nose plus a little black pepper. Mouthfeel is rich, and syrupy. The finish is long with sweet, saccharine vanilla caramel, black pepper, with an occasional hint of black pepper and oak tannins. It's obviously an additive bomb. Nothing I'd recommend to enthusiasts, but this is going to be heaven to those that think tequila means JC Especial. I'm calling this 80 proof Diet Cream Soda schnapps. The bottle is pretty cool, and that's obviously what you're paying for. As a gift or bar piece..why not, if the price isn't a concern. Call it a hand painted, artisanal Mexican bud vase and then the price doesn't seem so bad
