Clément Bana Canne
Produced at Habitation Clément in Le François, Martinique, Bana Canne is a banana liqueur built on a base of unaged rhum agricole distilled in a Creole copper column still at Fonds-Préville Distillery.
The banana extract is made by macerating estate-grown, semi-ripened Cavendish bananas — sourced in collaboration with Kadalys, a women-owned Martinican skincare brand specializing in upcycled bananas — and sweetened with sugarcane syrup.
