Produced at Habitation Clément in Le François, Martinique, Créole Shrubb is a rhum agricole-based orange liqueur built on a blend of unaged and 2 to 3 year aged rhum agricole distilled in a Creole copper column still at Fonds-Préville Distillery. It is macerated with sun-dried bitter orange peels and Caribbean spices including cinnamon, clove, and vanilla, then sweetened with sugarcane syrup.
