Climax Whiskey

This is a bad bottle. The flavor is poor and it is not smooth. I finished the bottle because I hate wasting but I wish I would have just thrown it out. I made an old fashion with it and it still did not help. Skip purchasing this, there are better options for $30.

Little moonshiney on the front end, a blast of woodsy, gain, and wheat on the mid then a burn on the back end.

Seems strong at first sip with no ice. Inititally has a stronger smokey, oak flavor with a bit of a kick. Adding ice really mellows it out and brings out the vanilla. Almost too sweet with ice, not eough kick. Overall not bad, some interesting flavors.

It opens with the harsh smell of cheap corn. The initial flavor is just as strong of corn and leather. It mellows out after some time and settles, bizarrely, into tasting like a ham sandwich. It has a long and flavorful finish. It makes for a good 4th drink. The only redeeming thing about it is the ham sandwich finish

Good whiskey, almost different taste each time I drink it

Extremely smooth with sweet vanilla undertones. Don’t mix, drink neat.
