"This flagship cask finish from Clonakilty makes a very appealing introduction, light in body but with appealing notes of vanilla, honey, and pear. It sparkles on the palate with lingering sweetness and distinct fruit notes that leave one coming back for more. Approachable but interesting, it strikes a great balance for a sessionable blend."
