Clonakilty Single Pot Still
Founded in 2016, the family-run Clonakilty Distillery on Ireland’s southwestern coast released this Single Pot Still whiskey as its first expression fully distilled and matured at the distillery. Produced from 100% Irish malted and unmalted barley grown on the Scully family farm, it is triple-distilled and aged in ex-bourbon, Amontillado, and oloroso sherry casks in Clonakilty’s Atlantic Ocean warehouse.
Bottled at 46% ABV, it became available in September 2024. (SRP $49.
