Whisky club, Secretary of War, least favorite of the three. It had the same kind of taste that I didn’t like in Monkey Shoulder. Some said that it had a bitter almond finish.

Hidden gem. Everything you want a scotch to be. Viscous, rich, full, rounded, higher proof, and most importantly... affordable. Damnit. This is my surprise scotch of the year and my new daily drink.

for 14 years this has bite. aside from going hot all the way down it is a very balanced taste
