Coalition Rye Pauillac Barriques Finish is made from 100% rye mash bill (both malted and unmalted rye). The rye is sourced from Waldeck Farms just a mile from Kentucky Artisan Distillery where it is distilled in copper pot stills.
The straight rye whiskey is aged for five years in oak barrels before it is finished for up to 9 months in Pauillac red wine barriques. Bottled at 92.
