Santa Fe Spirits Colkegan American Single Malt whiskey is typically made with mesquite-smoked malted barley, but this expression is not smoked. In fact, this bottling marks the first time it's been released unsmoked. It was aged for about four years in new American oak and used bourbon barrels.
For this limited edition release, there are around 1,500 bottles available for sale via Santa Fe Spirits website and the tasting room beginning May 2023. (SRP $69.99).
