Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel Bourbon

Refreshing nose, caramel and barrel char. Mellow and a bit grassy flavor. Tasted it alongside EH small batch, which seems a bit more forward, whereas this seems a bit more citrusy and delicate. There are nice strong caramel notes, with possibly some marshmallow in the finish, but this seems like a lighter flavored bourbon. It's good, but I wouldn't pay a premium for it.

Slight alcohol to nose. Lots of spice, really good and long flavor. Some fruit, and a spicy finish. Tons going on here.
