Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel Bourbon

For a sweet/smooth bourbon, it does it well. Nice fairly complex taste with a bit of bite - though not anything other good bourbons don’t pull of (and for cheaper)

Hints of cinnamons, Carmel, and cherries. Big red chewing gum maybe. Weller Antique and Eagle Rare mixed that leaves a bit of a sting, but real smooth. Every swig was a different trip.
