Reviewed July 29, 2020 (edited August 27, 2020)Nose: Notes of vanilla and brown sugar or apple pie. Palate: The caramel carries through with a lingering honey. The oak is light but still there but perfectly balanced perfectly with the sweetness on the front. Finish: Vanilla and warm pie crust with a hint of spice. This is a very well rounded bourbon and something i would recommend to anyone new to bourbon (if you can find it on a shelf). When people talk about complex, beautiful bourbon, this is what they’re talking about. Cheers.70.0 USD per Bottle -
