Named in honor of founder/master distiller Ed Tiedge's wife, StillTheOne Distillery is the first distillery in operate in Westchester County, New York since prohibition. A former marine and Wall Street bond trader, he founded the distillery after learning how to distill mead, a honey-based wine, into spirits.
Their Comb 9 gin is unique in that it uses a base spirit distilled from honey. This gin is made with 9 different botanicals, including juniper berries, lavender, fresh citrus, and galangal that are distilled with the honey spirit to produce the final product.
