Compass Box Delilah's
Blended
Compass Box // Scotland
This limited-edition blended Scotch whisky was released during the summer of 2013, in time for the 20th anniversary of Chicago's legendary punk rock whisky bar, Delilah's. It was a collaboration between Compass Box Whisky Maker, John Glasser, and Delilah's owner, Mike Miller.
The blend was comprised of single malts from the towns of Alness and Longmorn and single grain from the town of Fife. Both new American oak barrels and rejuvenated American oak hogsheads were utilized during maturation.
