Cask Typeex-Bourbon, ex-Oloroso Sherry
Tasting Notes
"There is a certain liveliness to this whisky, even with significant age. The Oloroso sherry influence is unmistakable with notes of dried fruit, leather, and barrel spices as the dominant characteristics, but they play nicely with each other. The finish is extraordinarily long and warming. Water, if used, should be used sparingly."
