Conviction Small Batch Bourbon

Strong start with a flavorful finish. Caramel but not sweet. 

Very strong, hard bourbon. Strong taste of wood and char.

Sweet and mild nose of grilled peaches. The palate is sour apple, custard and cherry with oak and tobacco making an appearance at the end. The finish is medium long and well rounded.

Not expensive . Taste of figs . Alright in an old fashion
