Copper Fox Peachwood American Single Malt

Smoky with lots of wood notes in the nose. Flavor is smokey and sweet, with overrides of peach and oak.

It tastes like peach this is awesome

Overly peeted. Hint of olive

New make dominates the nose and palate. Young. Nice creamy mouth feel. Alcohol arrival followed by subtle honey, vanilla, and cashew. Medium long finish. Did I mention young? Needs more time in the cask. Not as interesting as Balcones and Westland imo.
