PR 009. 63.5%. Private barrel for RVA bourbon tasters. Angel of rye and spice. A bit of a burn, but that makes sense considering the abv. Flavor is rye and herbal.

Single barrel WS-3. Caramel, c and higher alcohol. Flavor is vanilla and caramel with a decent oak flavor that isn't overdone.

Barrel 111 story 206 Waited a long time to try this, finally ended up on sale. Around is vanilla, caramel, and oak. Perhaps with some blackberry. Flavor is a little hot considering the somewhat low abv. Toasted oak, caramel, and dried fruit.

Cherry, toasted oak in the aroma. Flavor has notes of spice, anise, and almond.

Vanilla with perhaps don't berries. Flavor is a touch of spice with dark berry, burnt oak, and caramel.

Aroma of vanilla, coconut, and toffee. Flavor is easy up front with raisin, dried coconut, and a vanilla finish. I've been a big fan of this line since early on, but this one seems a bit tame.

Batch VIII btl. 1288. Aroma of vanilla, caramel, and a touch of cinnamon. Flavor had some higher alcohols, cinnamon and clove with vanilla finish and some burn

Barrel number 8663538. Aroma is pleasant with rye and oak. Flavor is a touch sharp with lots of rye and higher alcohol. Straight, it's a bit rough, but as a old fashioned i think it has decent character.

Grassy, herbal, and spice notes in the nose. Goodbye is sweet and herbal with touches if cinnamon, cardamon, and clove.

Sweet fresh baked bread and spice aroma. Flavor is rye and rock, with a bready finish.
