Oak, vanilla, abd caramel in the nose. Flavor is toasted oak and vanilla. Tastes a bit young.

Vanilla and caramel I'm the nose. Perhaps with some fruit. Flavor is sweet, with toasted oak, vanilla, and creme brulee crust.

Batch 6. Bottle 307 Vanilla, and definitely don't corn in here. Aroma is of a young whisky. Flavor is rough with corn and tannic oak. Needs to be shed s bit longer.

Smell up front is short bread. Flavor is subtle and smooth with buttery notes, and single malt scotch profile.

High spirits Brian's pick. Almond and toffee in the aroma. Discount is caramel, toasted oak and a long shortbread finish.

Floral notes and spice in the aroma. Slightly wavxy up front then a good spice character with heavy rye character.

Buttery with bites if short bread in the aroma. And an almost fruiy sweetness. Flavor is a touch sweet with berry, butter, and biscuit.

Tom's market pick. Barrel 20,009.. When I first opened this bottle, all I could smell was burning electrical wires. Rough taste. Now it's been sitting mostly empty for a bit. Tone for take 2. Around is heavy oak, char, brown sugar, and a hint of yeast autolysis. Flavor is much improved, bit still something funky there. Slightly bitter, slightly tannic, with char and brown sugar. It's definitely improved with age and oxidation, fresh it was nigh undrinkable. Now it's got a little funk from the beer, and just isn't the whiskey I expect from the price point. Beers should be agreed in barrels, and then do something other than putting a whiskey in it.
