Copper & Kings Way Up West is a pot-distilled American brandy from the Louisville, Kentucky distillery. It is made from a blend of grapes including muscat, chenin blanc, and French colombard.
It finished its maturation in Pacific Northwest single malt whiskey barrels. Way Up West is non-chill filtered and bottled with no added color or boisé (a concentrated wood-flavored syrup made of oak chips, sugar, and low-proof brandy which is commonly added to brandy).
