This is the distillery's first release that uses Baronesse Barley, a special barley grown by Joseph’s Grainery and malted by LINC Malt, both in eastern Washington State.
This whiskey is a blend of four casks of whiskey distilled from Baronesse Barley with two casks of whiskey distilled from their pale malt recipe.

American Single MaltMade in the USA from 100% malted barley. Distilled at one distillery. Matured in oak casks no larger than 700L. Distilled to no higher than 160 proof (80% ABV).
