Corner Creek 10 Year Bourbon

Smooth with a little spice.

It’s bourbon. Very sweet bourbon. For 31 bucks, seems okay. Would be offended if I bought it for $60. Overwhelming tasting note is sweetness. Sweet vanilla nose. Sweet vanilla palate. Sweet vanilla finish, with a bit of drying oak. Not a lot of complexity. Surprised it’s a 10 year. The only off-putting thing for me was the watery mouthfeel. Very thin. Otherwise, a decent bourbon if your palate leans sweet.
