Reviewed August 11, 2020 (edited September 15, 2022)Getting orange and lemon on the nose and something else I can’t pinpoint. Color is light with an oily mouth feel. The 10 year age creates a buttery smoothness but it still leaves a little to be desired. Wanting a little more of that oaky bourbon flavor. -

Reviewed July 18, 2020 (edited August 9, 2021)Nose: vanilla and cherries with mild ethanol, subtle mint as it opens up Taste: first sip was buttery and cool, sweat tea flavors, thin bodied and not overly complex but very pleasant, not bursting with sweet or fruity flavors. Pretty smooth finish with mild pepper/spice. I would reach for this on a hot day and probably drink way too much of it. Probably deserves a higher rating but I tend to like more burn and flavor with my bourbons -

Reviewed July 6, 2020Strangely disappointing paired against the Corner Creek NAS. This has the oak nose but has a bit more noticeable age to it. The flavor has also rounded out to a big fat unidirectional (oh so slightly) salted caramel. Good but the younger is my preferred. -
