Cask Typenew, charred American oak
"Smells of milk chocolate and raspberries, with stronger chocolate and tart berry flavors on the palate. Christmas spices and freshly cut cedar play into the finish, which somewhat resembles stout beer, but not as bitter. Considering its youth, it finishes quite smooth."
