C by Courvoisier was released in February 2012. It is comprised of eaux de vie from 50 wine growers in the Fins Bois region.
The Fins Bois is the fourth ranked out of six sub-regions of Cognac quality wise and the largest of all six in size. It surrounds the top three sub-regions and is typically used to produce young blends due to its rapid aging potential.
C by Courvoisier was released in February 2012. It is comprised of eaux de vie from 50 wine growers in the Fins Bois region. C is aged in both young and old French barrels and was created by Master Blender Patrice Pinet.
