Reviewed September 28, 2014 (edited June 3, 2015)N: brown sugar, apple, honey, grainy, hazel nut. P: Crisp, robust flavours with a gentle smokiness. Viscous. F: Smooth, confident, some bitterness, charcoal at the very end. Had lost a point for the (regular) price in Ontario, but got it back when it went on sale. -

Reviewed September 24, 2014Slight honey nose, not any smoke on nose. Wide sweetness initaly and keeps spreading out wide as it echoes. Slight metalic taste. Not a heavy product. When water is added to dilute and widen the product I can taste more spice and nut. Peaty flavoues strangly louder after diluting with water
