Craigellachie 31 Year
Single Malt
Craigellachie // Speyside, Scotland
First released in 2014, this 31 year-old single malt tops the Craigellachie lineup. As with its brethren from the distillery, it's touted as having a heartier profile thanks in part to their usage of old-school worm tubs.
The award-winning dram—it took home "world's best single malt" honors at the 2017 World Whiskies Awards— is bottled at a natural cask-strength of 52.2%.

Tasting Notes
"Tropical fruits and peaches lead on the nose, along with meaty and sulfur-smoky aromas. The palate is oily and sets the tongue tingling, before unfolding into a super smooth sip with canned peaches, apricots, tropical fruits, vanilla, and toffee. A tantalizingly lengthy finish offers spicy dry oak, alongside a fruity-creamy spectrum of peaches and cream, Creamsicle, and vanilla pudding--all with that lingering meaty undertone. "
