On the nose, notes of charred oak, walnut, and demerara sugar, with hints of ripe peach and flamed orange peel. Oily and full-bodied in the mouth. Palate shows more charred oak, demerara sugar, walnut, and flamed orange peel, plus vanilla. Finish is quite smooth and medium-long, very much dominated by the charred oak.
