Crown Royal XO

Overall pretty decent Canadian Whisky. Nothing is out of place. Caramel and oak, touch of orange and spices. Oily texture. Does the trick for a week night

Nose: lots of fruit, vanilla, hints of brown sugar, and cereal Palate: vanilla, brown sugar, tiny amounts of baking spices Finish: slight bit of pepper with fruit and vanilla

Color: Amber Nose: sugary cereal Neat: Syrupy sweet on the palate at first, short finish with earth spices (not peppery) Rocks: fruit; quick, light finish

A clear, tan appearance, with evenly-spaced alcohol legs. Aroma of oak, caramel, toffee, and vanilla. Flavors of those elements, along with savory sugar and possible banana. Medium body. Moderate finish. Very smooth. RJT
