Crown Royal XO

This is my go to wedding gift. It looks nice, it isn't expensive and everybody knows crown royal. Whether they're a whiskey nerd or not, it looks fancy and the juice inside is complex enough to be enjoyed neat with the wedding party. Pretty nice flavor

The scent gives off a rich vanilla. The sweetness is the lead with notes of soft toffee and butterscotch. The 80 proof mask the evolving taste. The alcohol allows taste of moderate heat, vanilla and butter. Solid but leaves much to desire.

Tastes of light caramel with a touch of what feels like banana and some other light fruit. Miles away better from original Crown for me.
