Dad's Hat Pennsylvania Straight Rye Bottled in Bond

Interesting rye, had a paper dusty note that isn’t in many ryes. Not too spicy which is a minus for me. Glad I tried it but don’t need a bottle

Nose of eucalyptus and hint of chocolate Palate of all spice and cinnamon but very rounded and balanced Finish is medium length with sweet oak tannins and cinnamon

Nose: Very sweet and pleasant, almost cherry like Palate: Delivers on the cherry smell with a sweet and fruity taste. Mild burn Finish: Cherry evolves into vanilla and oak. Light spice comes out Ultimately, a very pleasant and easy drinking rye whiskey. Fruity, sweet, and dangerously sippable. I am quite pleased.
