Reviewed December 20, 2020Nose: lemon bitter, Carmel, cinnamon, smells like christmas Body: light to medium, pretty smooth Palate: lemon, cinnamon, little peppery influence from the rye, light caramel. Clove and allspice round this out. Finish: short but a distant lingering cinnamon which is nice. Note: a gift from Jon and AMSF. Cool that it’s from MN. A German style bitter liqueur mixed with a rye whisky. The nose is very inviting and “Christmas-y” this is a very nice seasonal dram. A great gift.
