Tasting Notes
"Aromas of iced apple tea cake, nutmeg, allspice, and roasted almonds mix with flavors of toffee, cinnamon, clove and cherry wood on the palate. Aromatic cedar and sandalwood become more prominent with a drop of water, which also brings out more cooked fruit flavor with a subtle texture of dried flowers. This medium weight dram finishes slightly hot and drying, though that little drop of water keeps also takes some of that edge off to let the other flavors fan out on the palate further. "
