This corn whiskey is made using a Colorado-grown heirloom corn varietal grown by the Ute Mountain Tribe. A portion (10%) of the corn is hickory-smoked.
After mashing, it's double-distilled in copper pots and then aged in used bourbon barrels for 3-4 years. Bottled at 84 proof.
