I was introduced to mezcal through my local mixologist and was suggested this as a solid entry choice. The Smoky, oily and iodine notes come though reminiscent of some of my favorite islays. Mellow nose of lime, flowers and salt. Taste is mild with the aforementioned which transitions into a mind citrus and maybe honey. The more i drink the father it drifts towards tequila and away from my beloved islays. Absolutely loved the journey
