This reposado mezcal from Desolas is made in San Luis Potosí, Mexico from 100% Salmiana agave. The agave piñas are cooked in above-ground hornos, crushed using a stone roller mill, fermented in stainless steel vats, and distilled in a closed copper still. Aged for approximately 6 months in 200-liter ex-bourbon American oak barrels, it is bottled at 48% ABV (96 proof).
