Bland which is to be expected for a 4 year

This is actually a good to very good tasting bourbon thats a little bit more sweeter than your daily sippers. Has notes of heavy Carmel and vanilla with some notes of cinnamon and pepper. Even though the proof is high it doesn't have a heavy burn. Its a hidden gem.. The closest taste profile I can compare this to is a lighter version of Knob Creek with sugar cane

Palate: More caramel, some red hots. Finish: Long with medium heat. Splash: No new flavors are revealed. Overall: 8/10 - Too bad this isn't more available, but such are single barrel store picks.
