This is an additive free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave that is grown in the Jalisco highlands (Los Altos). It is produced at Destileria El Pandillo by master distiller Felipe Camarena and his team.
The agave is cooked in stone ovens, extracted by Tahona, fermented without fibers in open air steel tanks with natural yeast, and twice distilled in copper pot stills. .

Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
