Tasting Notes
"If there's one word to describe this bourbon from Downslope Distilling, it's "vanilla." Not as in plain, but as in the vanilla notes contributed by oak aging. They dominate this spirit, giving it a pleasant sweetness for such a young whiskey, which also carries a hint of spice. It's a little one-note, but enjoyable as lighter, sweeter bourbon."
