Driftless Glen Small Batch Straight Bourbon

I used to really like this, but now I am really not. Is it my changing taste buds? I guess I'll never know, so not sure what to say. It has/had a caramel profile that sits well with me, but the last few tastings have fallen flat in every orher area. I don't know - I'm confused.

Sharp and spicy on the first sip, finishes with a distinct oak aftertaste. Almost like a campfire.

For a relatively young bourbon it sips extremely smoothly!
