The Kyloe gets its name from breed of cattle that is known to survive the windswept highlands and islands of Scotland. It is made with high malt to grain ratio to continue the the style of the original formula from 1864. This non-chill filtered whiskey was aged in bourbon casks and a portion of sherry casks.
