Another one of my favorites from the Duncan Taylor tasting. Perfect combination of peat, savory, and sweet. Nose: Chocolate, Raisins, Toffee, Salt, Smoke, Peat, Dried Fruit, Dates, Cherries, Grilled Meats, Grassy, Citrus Palate: Raisins, Dried Fruit, Chocolate, Toffee, Peat, Oak, Beef Finish: Salty Chocolate, Dates, Raisins, Toffee, Coffee, Hazlenuts, Prunes, Pepper
