Tasting Notes
"The nose offers grapes macerated with sugar, rich clover honey, and a soft whiskey characteristic in the background. The palate is very tart, and offers notes of concord grape juice, sour cherry, and umeshu, or Japanese plum liqueur. The finish offers a sugary-tart combination in the vein of Smarties candies. It would likely be better to classify this as a liqueur, as opposed to a flavored whiskey, in terms of taste and application."
