"Aromatically this spirit is a dead ringer for a freshly sliced cucumber salad with bright refreshing tones and not a hint of alcohol. The palate continues its vegetal tone with crunchy cucumber rind and succulent flesh that hints earthy before finishing with a bit of sweetness. A very smooth finish perhaps rounded out by a bit of sugar could use a bit more bite but makes for an approachable drink. Fine for shots but perhaps best served in a spicy Bloody Mary."
