Review #329 Whiskey Tour of the World 2025 #24 Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Color: Very pale amber. Nose: Strong grassy notes with some bright fruit underneath. Palate: Thick mouthfeel with some black pepper notes. Finish: Medium length with low heat, but the pepper note lingers. Splash: No new flavors are revealed. Overall: 6/10 - Despite the 5 year age statement, this struck me as young whiskey. The pepper note reminds me of Old Granddad 114, but OGD is more rounded.
